It is always exciting when our community is recognized. That is the case in an article by Culture Cheatsheet titled Unbelievably Cool Tiny Houses. It also corresponds with the tidying up craze with Marie Kondo that is sweeping the nation. Going tiny is a lifestyle change and requires downsizing and it is essential to realize that we don’t need so much stuff. This can be so difficult when we live in a disposable society. We have been socially trained that we need all of the newest gizmo’s, gadgets, clothes, shoes, and so on.
One of the things that my husband and I love about living in a tiny home instead of a four bedroom house with a huge kitchen and tons of storage is that our lives are less cluttered and it takes a lot less time to clean. This means that we have more time available for fun stuff like hiking in the mountains with our Siberian Huskies, exploring the White Mountains and beyond and spending more time with each other. That’s what life should be about.
So give your current lifestyle of living a once over and ask yourself if it is more important to be controlled by stuff? or are you ready for a type of freedom that letting stuff go, which a tiny home can also help with, and finally having the life that you thought wasn’t possible? Let us at LuxTiny help you to fulfill your dreams.
